The film Life follows in the footsteps of actor James Dean and photographer Dennis Stock months before the film icon of the accident.


It's not a biopic, but focuses on intense and essential relationship between Dennis Stock and star James Dean. Life tells the story of Stock (starring Robert Pattinson), who then worked for the Magnum photo agency and was assigned to shoot Dean (Dane DeHaan), a promising Hollywood star, just before the premiere of his East of Eden movie Elia Kazan.


Dean died on September 30, 1955, in an accident when he was driving his car. With his death the young actor became a myth. But for some images that were used to worship, to remember its core off-camera.


Dean was 23 and 26 Stock when they met at a party hosted by director Nicholas Ray (Rebel Without a Cause). On the 60th anniversary of the death of James Dean, filmmaker and Dutch photographer Anton Corbijn, presented his fourth film.
